Matt Jess

“Working with Ed helped me identify how my old foot and knee injuries where affecting my ability to balance and therefore making my back worse. After following daily exercises for my foot and knee, my back got better and I felt more stable, like my old self again”

Tim Johnson

“I started working with Ed to resolve chronic lower back pain. I’m now able to golf, play tennis and downhill ski pain free without fear of it being worse the

next day, which was a real deterrent.
Thank you."

Medical Director for the Canadian Speed Skating Team at the Sochi Olympics

I worked with Ed professionally at the highest level of Canadian sport for 2 years and was always impressed by his ability

to go to the source of a movement problem. At the elite level of sport we look for medical innovators, those people that challenge conventional practice and come out with something better. Ed used a variety of non standard movement screens which would be adapted to each athlete to effectively show us and the athlete where there was a problem. His treatments then blended osteopathic techniques with movement rehab to keep our athletes performing at their best.

As a Chiropractor working in high performance sport over 15 years I had not had an opportunity to work with an Osteopath until I met Ed Paget. His clinical skills and innovative treatments were extremely effective but I was most impressed tin his movement based problem solving skills. I liked his ability to taylor specific exercises to correct the athlete’s functional deficit and enhance the performance sport specially which had a very positive effect on our team.

My work with Ed was to optimize performance and we were quite successful in doing so. Speed skating is an inherently asymmetric sport (we only turn left) with lots of strain on the back. Ed worked with me to correct some muscle imbalances that occurred because of this asymmetry. I believe probably helped to prevent future injuries and also greatly improved my power output. I had my fastest 100m times in the seasons that I worked with Ed.

Are You Ready To Beat Back Pain

"I created this program because there was a need for it. Most of the other programs out there are created by trainers who haven't got the knowledge or experience to make an online program work.
